Vantwyn
Profit-anchored PPC
Amazon advertising, worked out from your own numbers

Amazon shows you what happened.
Vantwyn tells you what to change first.

Upload the reports you already have and get back the bid to type, the search terms to promote, the terms to negate and the campaigns being judged by the wrong metric. Every number is traced to the ACOS at which that specific product breaks even, so a recommendation is never a guess dressed up as advice.

Try it on your reports with no login and nothing stored. Sign-ups are by invitation at the moment.

Built to make you money, not to hit a number you typed in

what it does

Breakeven first, then the bid

Price, less landed cost, Amazon’s referral fee, fulfilment and anything else variable, as a share of the price. That is the most a click can ever be worth on that product. A 30% ACOS is excellent on one product and a disaster on another, and Vantwyn knows which is which before it suggests a bid.

Fees are category-correct across all 34 Amazon categories, including the tiered ones.

Four campaign jobs, four different yardsticks

A launch is buying rank, not ACOS. A harvest is buying knowledge. A scale campaign is making money. A defend campaign is holding your own brand page. Hold all four to one ACOS target and you strangle launches and overspend on defence. Vantwyn classifies every campaign and judges it on the right metric, and you can override the call.

DEFENDimpression share and TACOS

Search terms: promote, negate, or leave alone

A term that has proven itself is promoted to exact at a bid derived from its own conversion rate, and negated where it came from so your campaigns stop bidding against each other. A term that converts but costs too much is never negated; it gets its bid cut, because negation throws a real buying signal away for good.

Fifty losing terms usually share a word. Vantwyn finds the word.

Why it moved, not just that it moved

ACOS can only rise for three reasons: clicks got dearer, fewer converted, or orders got smaller. Vantwyn splits the movement between the three, per product and per campaign. If conversion fell while the cost per click held, the problem is your listing, and a bid cut would make it worse. It says so.

Three reports in, an afternoon’s work out

how it works

Upload what Amazon already gives you

The bulk file, the search term report and a cost sheet from our template. Add the business report and placement report if you have them and more of the analysis unlocks. Files are read as Amazon exports them.

Read a prioritised list, with the working shown

Not two hundred flags. The ten that matter this week, why they matter, and what each one costs you. Every figure is labelled exact, derived or estimated, so you know which to lean on.

Upload the answer straight back into Amazon

Bid changes, new keywords and negatives come back as a bulk upload file, checked before you get it, ready for Bulk Operations. Nothing is ever applied to your account for you.

Keep an account and every upload adds to a history that Amazon itself deletes after about ninety days. Connect your Amazon Advertising account, coming shortly, and the reports arrive by themselves.

Your data is yours

We use it to do the job. That is all.

Signed out, nothing about your business is written down: your files are read in memory, the report is built, and the server forgets it. Signed in, we keep the numbers read out of your reports so your history is still there next week, and only for you.

  • Never sold, never shared, never pooled with anybody else’s.
  • Never used to train anything.
  • Raw report rows never go to a language model; the arithmetic is plain code on our own machine.
  • Nothing is changed in your Amazon account without you. There is no autopilot, and there will not be one.
  • Ask, and it is deleted.
